OLYMPIC DIVER'S WEBSITE GOES LIVE
23 Apr 2007 10:07

Olympic and Commonwealth diver Peter Waterfield from Southampton has launched a new website to help people follow his progress in the run up to the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games.

The site www.peterwaterfield.co.uk, which has been created by web design company ForestEdge from Somerset, features the latest news on the spring and highboard diver and biographical details.

Peter said: "I hope as many people as possible will log on to my new site to find out what I am doing and to lend their support during any major competitions I take part in. Anyone who wants to find out more will also be able to email me from the site.

At the FINA World Championships, which took place in Melbourne this March Peter qualified Britain’s diving hopefuls for the 2008 Olympics by securing the first spot for the British diving team.

The next step for Peter will be competing in the FINA Grand Prix in the USA this May.
