CONFERENCE COUNTS TOWARDS ASA LICENSE
09 Mar 2007 15:19

Qualified teachers and coaches attending the ASA Swimming Teaching Conference will gain five points towards the ASA’s Licensing scheme.

The conference, which will unveil the revised National Plan for Teaching Swimming and includes presentations from British Swimming National Performance Director Bill Sweetenham and Olympic medallist Steve Parry, takes place in Leicester on Thursday 26 April.

The day-long convention will count for five points towards ASA Licensing under elective two, based on one point per hour.

Everyone attending will automatically be presented with a certificate as evidence of their involvement.

Affiliated ASA and IoS members can attend the conference for as little as £45.

CLICK HERE to book your place or to find out more about the day.

To find out more about the conference, please contact Claire Whitfield, ASA National Events department on 01509 632 260.
