An information leaflet sent out to all registered swimming officials which aims to explain the licencing process and hopefully answers any specific queries that you may have was done so without a return address.

It is important to remember that, for insurance purposes, all officials licensed or un-licensed must be registered members of a British Swimming affiliated club or the Institute of Swimming.
