How do you prepare to go out and race: I prepare by staying relaxed and not thinking about it too much. I always make sure I've got spare kit just in case!
Biggest disappointment: Not winning a medal in the relay in 2004 Olympics
Favourite venue and why: Ponds Forge, Sheffield because I have had my best performances there
Education: I've put education on hold at present, but I have started a Sports Coaching Course in Bath
Family: My mum's name is Debbie and she works in a hospital. My dad is called Paul and he works for a packaging company. I also have an older brother called Ashley
Ultimate ambition: To win a medal at every major championships, particularly the Olympics
Where do you see yourself in 10 years: I hope to still be connected with sport in some way. I'd also like to be married, have a family and more money than I have now
