How do you prepare for a race: I prepare by thinking back to past experiences and make sure that I’ve done the work and I make sure that I listen to my coach.
Biggest disappointment: Not making the Commonwealth Games squad (2006).
Favourite venue and why: Ponds Forge, Sheffield. It's very clean and just generally a fantastic venue for swimming!
