First sporting success: Winning gold at the Kent County Championships when I was 9

Finest sporting moment: Going to Mexico (2004). It was a shock to be invited. It was so different from anything else that I had ever done

Tip for the top: Work hard and take every opportunity that comes your way. Do everything that you can

Sporting heroes: Jodie Henry – Gorgeous and FAST

Closest friend in sport: Rosie Morahan (Millfield).

Favourite sport other than swimming: Pool, I love beating Craig!

Three words that best describe you: Focused, confident and respectful

Would most like to meet: Chad Michael Murray- he's in One Tree Hill (T.V programme, Channel 4)

Most prized possession: My hair straighteners!

Biggest influence on career: My family and the way they have all supported me

Toughest opponent: Fran Halsall (City of Liverpool)- that girl is just phenomenal!!

Any pets: I have a dog called Milly!

Biggest passion away from swimming: Shopping! Also going to the Starbuck's cafe with friends

Favourite venue and why: Crystal Palace- lane 4! Two years ago I swam at the Southern Counties Championships there and won 4 or 5 gold medals in that lane. Every time I go there I always swim well

Tips to relax: Listen to music. I love the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. I even like some of the old music, especially Marvin Gaye.

Education: I am studying for my A levels at College

Family: My mum is called Sandra, she works in occupational psychology, My dads called Trevor, and he works for The Times I've got two sisters called Georgia (14) and Lauren (19).

Ultimate ambition: To win an Olympic gold medal and to marry Chad Michael Murray!

Where do you see yourself in 10 years: Still swimming hopefully!
