Biggest passion away from swimming: I like listening to music, particularly the Frutellis and I enjoy reading James Patterson books
How do you prepare to go out and race: To prepare I think about all of the hard training I have done prior to the event, this gives me confidence. I also check through my training log book for all the positives I have achieved in training and I clear all doubts from my mind
Biggest disappointment: Coming 4th in my individual race at the Commonwealth Games (2006)
Education: I graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Sports Science and Psychology
Ultimate ambition: To get an Olympic medal
Where do you see yourself in 10 years: Possibly still swimming, if not then I think I'll be doing something with a link to swimming, probably not coaching though
