Favourite sport other than swimming: Football. I'm a massive Manchester United fan

Biggest influence on career: Adrian Moorhouse

Any other family connections to sport: My Dad. He's also a coach at my club (Glossop)

Toughest opponent: I used to train alongside James Hickman. He is by far the hardest person I've ever raced against

Biggest passion away from swimming: Football

Biggest disappointment: I've had a number of injuries. One keeps appearing and has done again. I tore the muscle fibres in my hip.

Favourite venue and why: Sydney. I have never swum there but I'd love too. It's amazing

Tips to relax: Watch T.V and listen to music

Family: My mum is called Sharon and she's a Nurse. My dad's a Sales Manager, and his name is Mike. My little sister is called Julie

Ultimate ambition: To win gold at the Olympics and have everyone know that I'm challenging for it

Where do you see yourself in 10 years: I don't know really. I'm just going to see what life brings
