How do you prepare to race: I prepare by staying relaxed and not thinking about the race, I try not to get nervous.  To help me to relax I like listening to music, I like the Fratellis and Justin Timberlake

Favourite venue and why: Ponds Forge, Sheffield because it's a great pool with an amazing atmosphere

Family: My mum and dad are called Louise

Ultimate ambition: To win gold at the Olympics in the 200m Butterfly
