Winning my first gold medal in the 400m freestyle when I was 10 in a county championship

Finest sporting moment: My performance in the 400m I.M in the British Championships (2005). Finishing 8th in the final was great

Tip for the top: Get on with everything and don't question what your coach tells you because they are always right!

I have some fish. We have a dog but technically it's not ours- it lives next door. It's just that we let it into our house sometimes too!

Biggest passion away from swimming: Nottingham Forest FC!

Favourite venue and why: Manchester Aquatics Centre because I always put my best performances in there

Tips to relax: Chill out with friends

Education: I'm in Year 11 doing my GCSE's

Family: My mums name is Jo and she's a Dental Nurse and my dad is called Kev and he's a Company Director

Ultimate ambition: To win an Olympic gold- hopefully at the 2012 Games
