How do you prepare to compete: Focus on the good work that I have done in training and build up my confidence.Go out with university friends or relax in front of a film.
Biggest disappointment: Not swimming in the relay final at the World Championships in Montreal (2005)
Favourite venue and why: Ponds Forge, Sheffield because I tend to swim well there
Education: I am doing a Sport and Exercise Science degree at Loughborough University
