PERSONAL:

First sporting success: When I came 5th, at the age of 10, in my first National Age Groups competition

Finest sporting moment: Competing in the duet event at the Commonwealth Games, Melbourne 2006

Tip for the top: Know where you want to go in your sport and have a positive committed attitude, have fun and enjoy it!

First GB selection year: 2005

Sporting heroes: Valentino Rossi

Closest friend in sport: Asha Randall and Emily Kuhl

Favourite sport other than synchro: Rugby

Three words that best describe you: Easy going, always happy and dedicated

Biggest Influence on career: My family and all the coaches I have had

Any other family connections to sport: My mum swims in Masters speed swimming, my dad rowed for the Royal Navy

How do you prepare to compete: I prepare by focusing on goals and corrections in the routine and get really warmed yp and positive before the swim

Biggest passion away from synchro: Food and sleep

Favourite venue and why: Ponds Forge, Sheffield

Tips to relax: Going out with friends

Family: I have a sister called Alex and lots of close cousins

Ultimate ambition: To go to the Olympics in 2008 and 2012 and achieve a medal for Great Britain.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years: Still enjoying myself
