How and why get involved in synchro: Trafford SSC came and did a demonstration in my swimming class. I already did ballet so I picked it up quite quickly and decided to give it a try

Favourite sport other than synchro: Ballet/dance

Tips to relax: Have an Indian head massage and a facial or a two-hour bath with scented candles

Ultimate ambition: To successfully represent GB at the senior Worlds in 2007

Where do you see yourself in 10 years: Still coaching synchro, happily married with very well behaved children!
