How do you prepare to go out and race: I prepare by staying calm and relaxed. I chat with my mates and I get ready to enjoy the moment

Biggest disappointment: Not winning a medal in Athens 

Favourite venue and why: Barcelona, where I became World Champion

Education: I have a degree in Politics and Economics and have completed a Masters in International Relations in the European Union

Family:
My mum is called Margaret and my dad is called John. I'm an only child so no brothers and sisters to tell you about!

Ultimate ambition: Win gold at the Olympics

Where do you see yourself in 10 years: Lying on a beach relaxing somewhere
