GENERAL INFORMATION

Glasgow born Alison is a four time Olympian. The proudest moment for 'Sheps' may well be getting married to Gary in Scotland in October 1999. They met at the Commonwealth Games in 1994. Her many Commonwealth records for the 50m Freestyle rank amongst her top achievements in the pool.

A Rangers fan, she also likes weightlifting, yoga, collecting Indonesian masks and international medals. She has three cats -Pele, Peewee and Rufus.
