A KEY POINT for the programme is that the Institute Of Swimming (IoS) is the ONLY deliverer within England. Scottish Swimming (SS) and Swim Wales (SW) are the only deliverers in their countries.
The IoS, SS and SW will centrally co-ordinate the delivery of the Level 3 programme through their Regional support agencies.
There will be a central co-ordinator allocated to the programme.
