National Development

National Development encompasses work which has a staff member who provides strategic direction at a national level and works closely with Regional officers to develop similar areas of focus.

This section includes the National Development Officers (NDOs) for disability, water polo and diving as well as the National Performance Director (NPD) for water polo and the Director for Synchronised Swimming.
