National & Local Reward & Recognition Schemes
There are several national schemes through which you can reward and recognise your volunteers. These include:
· Whitbread Young Achievers Awards - http://www.whitbreadyoungachievers.co.uk/ – these are organised and run by Whitbread and focus on young people aged 16-25. Awards are presented for outstanding achievements in three fields – community, sport, and the environment.

· CCPR Sports Club of the Year award – http://www.ccpr.org.uk/ or call 020 78548500
· Local sports council volunteering awards – contact your local authority sports development unit for further details.
· Volunteer Bureau Awards – your local volunteer bureau (which can be located by visiting http://www.do-it.org.uk/find_opp/vb_finder/ ) often has volunteer award scheme details for your local area
