GENERAL INFORMATION

Monique who hails from South Africa, became interested in diving after she had to give up her career as an international gymnast, through injury. She wanted to go in to a sport of a similar nature, but one with less impact on her body. The fact that her mum loved the look of diving helped her make her decision! Monique says she loves the adrenalin rush of performing and the sense of achievement that goes with it. Otherwise known as Minks, she says that she is a stickler for cleanliness. Musically she likes listening to anything, although she's not really that keen on rap or hard rock.
