Favourite Event: 50m freestyle
Finest ever performance/Why: 200m IM swim at Paralympic Trials. I was under pressure because I hadn’t qualified for Beijing and it was a pretty good swim against some good opposition.
First senior international meet: World Championships in Durban 2006
Role models: Mark Foster
My aspirations are: To get a gold medal at the Paralympic Games
Tip for the top: Perfect practice makes permanent
Life after swimming: Something to do with Sports Development
Music: Everything really
If I wasn‘t a swimmer I would be: I’m not sure – probably still a student
Describe yourself in three words: Determined, committed and ambitions
Would most like to meet: Tiger Woods
Most prized possession: 42 inch plasma TV
Biggest influence on career: My mum for getting me into swimming
Sporting Relations: My brother used to swim, he was a national age group finalist.
