Matty started his season with silver in the 10m
Platform at the National Cup and impressed at the European Championships to win
a gold and a bronze.
He won gold in the Mixed 10m Synchro with Lois Toulson before taking on Olympians in the 10m final and coming away with bronze.
At the World Championships in Budapest he won silver in the Mixed 10m Synchro with Lois, winning GB’s first medal of the competition. He then reached the final of the men’s 10m Platform.
