Britain showed no signs of fatigue on the last day of competition in London as three athletes progressed through to tonight’s finals at the FINA/NVC Diving World Series 2015.
Olympic bronze medallist Tom Daley wowed the crowd in the semi-finals of the Men’s 10m platform, tallying a string of 10s in his final dive to sail through to tonight’s showdown.
A confident looking Daley sent a clear message to his rivals with a score of 531.15, second only to Chinese rival and Olympic silver medallist Qiu Bo (533.80).
Youngster Matty Lee also competed in the event showing composure and maturity as he bounced back from coming down from his armstand on the board in round two to finish fifth in semi-final A with 396.50.
Fresh off the back of their 10m synchro bronze earlier in the competition, Tonia Couch and Sarah Barrow looked in great shape this morning in the individual 10m platform semi-finals.
The pair progress through in second and fifth place respectively, with Couch looking to secure a hat-trick of medals following her bronze medal success at the Kazan and Dubai legs of the 2015 World Series.
