England’s Tom Daley successfully defended his 10m Platform title and Hannah Starling won 3m Springboard bronze on the final night of diving at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Daley led from the start scoring 94.50 for his opening effort and 102.60 for his Back 3 ½ Somersaults piked. The Olympic bronze medallist went on to finish with a total score of 516.55 to win 10m Platform gold ahead of Malaysia’s Ooi Tze Liang (433.70) and Canada’s Vincent Riendeau (429.25).
Starling gave a good performance in the 3m Springboard to finish with a total score of 316.95 and secure bronze at her debut Commonwealth Games.
