Silver and bronze for Brits in Dresden

Jordan Houlden (City of Sheffield) and Alfie Brown took silver and bronze in the 1m and 3m Springboard at the International Youth Meet in Dresden.

Going into the final Houlden held a 35 point lead and looked strong throughout the rounds but a missed dive in the last round to take the silver medal with a score of 466.35.

Anthony Harding (City of Leeds) finished fourth with a total of 456.90.

Brown was making his debut in the 3m Springboard alongside Ben Cutmore (Luton) and the Plymouth diver secured his first medal.

He won his bronze medal with a total of 411.40 while Cutmore finished in seventh place with a total of 392.85.
