Daley and Goodfellow win bronze in first international performance

The third leg of the FINA/NVC Diving World Series in Windsor, Canada Tom Daley and Dan Goodfellow secure their second silver from throughout the first three legs.

Olympic bronze medallist Daley and his partner Goodfellow have won a medal in each one of their competitive outings in the 10m Synchro.

They made a strong start to the competition by scoring 100.80 for their required dives and in the fourth round they scored 87.72 points on the Reverse 3 ½ Somersaults tucked to move into second place overall.

A score of 93.24 on their Front 4 ½ Somersaults tucked helped push them further ahead of third place and they finished with an overall score of 441.84.

Tonia Couch and Lois Toulson secured their third medal of the 2016 series with a bronze in the 10m Synchro.

The pairing were nudged into the bronze spot by the home nation duo of Meghan Benfeito and Roseline Filion (CAN).

Couch and Toulson scored 80.64 on their final dive (Inward 3 ½ Somersaults tucked) and the only other pair to score in the 80s were the Chinese duo of Chen Roulin and Liu Huixia.

Couch and Toulson finished with 310.68 points.
