Fergus was appointed CEO of Swim Wales in April 2016 and leads the National Governing Body responsible for Welsh Aquatic Sport, he joined the British Swimming Board of Directors in November 2016.
Fergus has 20 years’ experience in leading vision critical business transformation, corporate change management, and high profile commercial programmes in the private and public sector.
Over his career he has held senior roles in companies like Nokia, Panasonic, Mitel, Deloitte, The Royal Mint and the CMC Partnership Consultancy as a management consultant.
Fergus has a broad experience of working internationally in Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia.
