Great Britain’s Kate Shortman has secured a finals berth for the final of the Solo Free event at the Glasgow 2018 European Championships.
She was the fourteenth athlete to take the Scotstoun pool posted a new best score in the Solo free event of 84.2000 to rank ninth at the end of the preliminaries and successfully booked her place in the medal contest.
Shortman showed power and movement across the pool as she performed her routine in front of the home crowd.
The Solo Free final will take place on Tuesday 7th August at 1pm.
