Young British divers Phoebe Banks and Ruby Bower claimed a well-deserved European Junior silver medal with a strong finish on the third day’s action in Bergen, Norway.
The Leeds pair lay outside of the medals in the Platform Synchro with two dives to go but forced their way onto the podium with a well-executed finish to put them just a point off gold.
Ukrainian pair Sofiia Lyksun and Valeriia Liulko won gold with 275.22, Banks and Bower the silver with 274.17 and Irina Astashkina and Polina Saekova of Russia the bronze with 270.00.
