Lee bags bronze on last day

Matty Lee added to the British team's medal haul when he won bronze in the men's 10m Platform on the last day of the European Championships in Kiev, Ukraine. 

The British Diving team completed the European Championships with three gold and three bronze medals.

Lee qualified for the final in fourth place and took on Olympians Benjamin Auffret (France) and Viktor Minibaev (Russia) in the final. 

He started the final with confidence as he scored 89.10 for his Armstand Back Triple Somersaults tucked in the second round. 

The City of Leeds diver fought back from a shaky third round to score 80 points for his Inward 3 1/2 Somersaults tucked. 

He finished with his Front 4 1/2 Somersaults tucked to score 96.20 and an overall total of 485.55. 

Auffret won the gold with a score of 511.75 while Minibaev won silver with 493.25 points.
