The Women’s 10m Platform final proved a tough test for GB’s Lois Toulson and Robyn Birch, they finished fifth and sixth respectively.
Toulson’s final score of 292.20 was an improvement on her prelims performance but fell 15.95 points short of a podium position.
Birch improved on her result from last year’s European Championships stepping up from ninth to sixth. Her final score 290.60.
The other nations really stepped from prelims to finals and challenged the British pair through the five-round final.
Toulson will return to the boards for the Mixed 10m Synchro later in the week and Birch has now finished her Glasgow 2018 European Championship programme.
