Lee and Toulson's inward 3 ½ somersaults tuck was their best dive, scoring 75.84, with their final dive - a back 2 ½ somersaults, 1 ½ twists piked - scoring 72.96.

Earlier in the day Lee, Toulson and Tom Daley had all competed in the individual platform competition finishing 4th, 6th and 5th respectively - meaning all missed out on places in the final.

In addition to today's bronze, the British team came away from the first leg of the FINA Diving World Series with a bronze for Daley and Dan Goodfellow in the synchro platform and a silver for Daley and Grace Reid in the 3m mixed synchro.

The next leg of the FINA world series will take place in Fuji, Japan from 15 to 17 March.
