British Swimming has been recognised by the Scottish Event Awards for the delivery of the IPC Swimming World Championships in 2015.
British Swimming has been nominated for two national honours at the Scottish Event Awards after a highly successful IPC Swimming World Championships held in Glasgow in July 2015.
The categories of nomination are:-
- Sports Event of the Year
- International Event of the Year
The Scottish Event Awards are the only awards dedicated to the events sector north of the border. We celebrate the industry and recognise local talent and achievements on home ground.
Open to event organisers, promoters, in-house teams, venue or industry suppliers.
The awards will be judged by a panel of individuals with extensive experience within the events industry and will be revealed on October 5th in Glasgow.
