This year's event takes place in the Wales National Pool, Swansea, providing swimmers with a competitive para-swimming meet in addition to a national classification consideration opportunity for those new to the sport.
From today (22 October), entries are open to the British Para-Swimming Winter National Meet, which returns to the calendar in 2021 after a year out due to the global pandemic. The long-course competition will be hosted by Swim Wales at the Wales National Pool, Swansea, across the weekend of the 11-12 December, providing a key meet on the competition pathway for athletes across the Home Nations - the likes of Tokyo 2020 stars Reece Dunn and Ellie Challis having celebrated success at the event two years ago.
Swimmers wishing to be considered for classification will need to enter online by 29 October 2021 to be eligible to be called for classification dates, which will take place prior to the start of the championships on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 December.
