A former Chair of the British Paralympic Performance Services, Forbes was Head of Sporting Pathways with SportScotland before joining Scottish Swimming. Forbes is also Chairman of the British Swimming Para performance Management group.

Webborn will take over the position of Chairman from Tim Reddish CBE, a former performance director for Para-Swimming, who has stepped down from the role at the end of his two-term tenure.

Reflecting on Tim’s service, British Paralympic Association CEO Tim Hollingsworth said: “I would also like to pay a final fantastic tribute to Tim Reddish and thank him personally for his incredible support and leadership over the past eight years. He has been a fantastic Chair for the BPA and I know he will continue to make a real contribution to the Paralympic movement both in the UK and internationally.”
