GB win overall World Series title

The Great British team has won the overall World Para Swimming World Series title after excellent performances in the series. 

At the most recent leg the Brits won a total of seven gold medals including a hat trick for Paralympic medallist Tom Hamer. The team also lowered 10 world records during the competition. 

Paralympic Champion Bethany Firth was awarded the second spot in the overall women's rankings and Jordan Catchpole won the overall rankings for the Junior male swimmer. 

The Brits are just over a week away from their major competition of the year the British Summer Championships where they will be aiming for World Championship qualification.
