The British Gas GBR Para-Swimming Team are heading to a warm-weather training camp in Paphos, Cyprus.
The 14 swimmers will spend 11 days at the camp from 11 – 21 June as they prepare for the British Gas International Swimming Meet (24 – 28 June) and the IPC European Championships (4 – 10 August).
Since the resort first hosted Britain’s athletes in 2004, it has been regularly used as a warm-weather training base for the nation’s top swimmers
The camp, which has been supported by handling operator Sports Abroad as well Cyprus Tourism Organisation, will be based around an outdoor 50m pool at the hotel.
