British Divers confirmed for Singapore World Championships

A 14-strong Aquatics GB diving team blending Olympic experience with future potential will head to Singapore this summer, looking to make their mark at the World Aquatics Championships.

The selections come fresh off the back of a gripping four-days of competition at the Aquatics GB Diving Championships in Sandwell, with five of the 14-strong team set to make their senior world championships debut this summer on the springboards and platforms at the Singapore Sports Hub Aquatic Centre.

Experience however is not in short supply, as Jack Laugher approaches his eighth successive world championships – with the Rio 2016 Olympic champion among a cohort of eight British divers who attended the Paris Olympic Games which are headed once again for competition on the global stage.

Laugher and Anthony Harding (Men’s 3m Synchro), Yasmin Harper and Scarlett Mew Jensen (Women’s 3m Synchro) and Lois Toulson and Maisie Bond (Women’s Platform Synchro) each followed up their 2025 World Aquatics Super Final silverware with strong British title displays in Sandwell as they build towards Singapore.

Maiden individual senior British golds for Bond and Euan McCabe from the 10m platform aided their selection, while 3m springboard champions Amy Rollinson and Jordan Houlden both also have a place on the plane - Rollinson returning to a worlds team for the first time since her debut at Budapest 2022.

Tilly Brown, Robbie Lee, Noah Penman, Grace Reid and Andrea Spendolini Sirieix additionally each receive a call-up for the world championships in Singapore, with selectors taking into consideration impressive recent performances at both the national championships and on the international circuit.

Reflecting on the selections for the 2025 edition, Aquatics GB programme lead for diving Matt Ashman said:

“The team we’ve selected for this summer’s world championships blends an abundance of senior international experience together with some exciting emerging talent, which I am looking forward to seeing perform on the world stage.

“A post-Olympic year has its challenges as well as opportunities, and as a leadership team we’ve been impressed with the way athletes returning to competition after Paris have navigated this period. As always, our focus now turns to ensuring all involved are best prepared for the summer - with Singapore a key fixture to build the team towards achieving continued success over the course of the Olympic cycle, in LA and beyond.”
