This smoothie bowl recipe is a perfect Fuel My Friday for a sunny day. It's really straightforward but it's nutritious and works well for breakfast or as a healthy snack at any time of the day. You can adapt it by swapping the type of milk or yoghurt used too.
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup milk of choice OR 3 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey/syrup
- Toppings - small handful of granola, 1 tbsp mixed seeds or nuts
- Blend the frozen berries, milk/yoghurt and honey together until smooth.
- Pour the resultant smoothie mixture into a bowl, then top with a sprinkling of granola and seeds or nuts. Feel free to add on any other toppings that you enjoy too.
