LEN European Aquatics Championships 2016 #London 2016

9 May 2016 — 22 May 2016

This May the iconic London Aquatics Centre at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park will open its doors to the continent’s best synchronised swimmers, divers and swimmers for the London 2016 European Aquatics Championships. Spanning across two weeks, the historic schedule features something for everyone – from dedicated aquatics fans to newcomers to families – looking for an exciting day out to watch world-class sport in a world-class venue.

History will be made as mixed gender synchronised swimming and mixed gender synchronised diving are included on a European Aquatics Championships schedule for the first time at London 2016.

There are also four combined synchronised swimming and diving sessions, another first for the Championships, which offer the chance to watch two disciplines for the price of one.

Tickets for sessions 19, 31 and 33 are currently unavailable while there are only two swimming finals – sessions 21 and 25 – with category A seats on sale so act fast if you want to be part of it

The UK hasn’t hosted the European Aquatics Championships since 1993 with the event set to be the biggest to be held at the London Aquatics Centre since the 2012 Olympic and Paralympics.

It is also the last chance to watch Europe’s best in major competitive action before the 2016 Olympics with the British swimming team for the Rio Games set to take to the pool in London.

All information for coaches will be provided by LEN European Aquatics Championships 2016 via respective National Federations.
