Following the opening ceremony on Thursday 28th July, the Sandwell Aquatics centre plays host to 11 consecutive days of swimming (29th July - 3rd August) and diving (4-8th August), with British athletes competing for their respective Home Nations at the XXII edition of the Commonwealth Games.

The BBC will bring you live coverage of every session!

You can catch all the must-see moments during more than 200 hours of live Commonwealth Games coverage on BBC One, BBC Two and BBC Three - whilst there will be up to 11 live streams on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website and additional coverage on the Red Button to ensure all the aquatics action is covered.

The best of the day's action will be shown on highlights programme Tonight at the Games every evening on BBC One, and if you're on the move BBC Radio 5 Live and Radio 5 Sports Extra will also host live swimming commentary and provide updates on all the latest Games headlines across the daily programming.
